Company Overview
Lextech Labs is the expert in distributing live and recorded video surveillance to mobile platforms. C3, the company’s award winning flagship product, takes real time and recorded video from surveillance systems and delivers them to mobile devices, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Blackberry devices allowing users to command and control those video images for a variety of safety and operational purposes. C3 gives the user the ability to conduct live incident management and mobile investigations.
The company recently released LexRay. The new LexRay solution includes a server component that not only secures the video stream from end to end but also optimizes the video for the ultimate mobile video viewing environment, meaning no lag. Up until now many users have found that video camera feeds can be vulnerable and the video delivery had inherent latency.
In December 2011, the company launched a new division Tactical Video which offers rapidly deployable surveillance solutions.
The company was a winner in the Best New Technology Product of the Year category of the 2010 Edison Awards, a Chicago Innovation Award winner in 2010 and was an Illinois Technology Association CityLights Finalist for Technologist of the Year and Newcomer of the Year 2011. The company’s customers include federal agencies, law enforcement, universities and convention centers.
