Alex Bratton, CEO
From pioneering an online interactive environment for 80,000 role-playing gamers to designing, building and managing the rollout of a high availability web site scaled for 1,000,000 daily users in 6 days- Alex is an entrepreneur motivated by creativity. He has guided the creation of many cutting edge systems including a control system for a stabilized rocket launching platform, mapping interface for Navy research sensors, cell phone GPS tracking on web databases and an online magazine publishing system.
- Alex founded Lextech Labs in 2008, as a sister company to leading systems engineering provider, Lextech Global Services. Lextech Global Services has grown exponentially since it’s inception in 2001. He has provided business & technology strategy, systems architecture and technology execution expertise for 60+ companies including AT&T, Levi Strauss, Lucent Technologies, Zurich Kemper Life, Morningstar, Nalco Chemicals, RR Donnelley, Motorola, Follett, Internet start-ups, as well as the U.S. Coast Guard, Army, Navy, and the Morton Arboretum.
- Alex received his BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1993. While there he worked at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications developing network and collaboration applications on the same team that would 2 years later create the Mosaic web browser. Alex also completed Levels A-C Second City Improvisation Training.
Jeff Gibson, President
– Jeff was previously the president and founder of GoTreo Software, Inc. Incorporated in 2004, GoTreo was formed to design, develop and deliver software that enables Palm smart phone devices to truly be “smart phones”. GoTreo’s software uses the unique information in the device to automatically transform the device’s features to its user’s changing life style.
- Jeff grew this business from ground-level to a multi-million dollar business in less than a year. Jeff leveraged his entrepreneurial and visionary skills to design and deliver innovative applications for the Palm Treo and Centro devices. He has created over 10 essential applications for Palm devices. Prior to GoTreo Jeff was employed by Mercury Interactive. At Mercury Jeff was a trendsetter for reforming the technical presales process and activities. His pre-sales teams were responsible for driving over $100M annually for Mercury.
- Before joining Mercury Interactive, Jeff was employed by AT&T and worked as a developer on the UNIX operating system. Jeff holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from Bradley University.
Stuart Jankelovitz, VP, Channel Development
- Stuart has 25 years of experience in sales and sales management. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of sales for CrimeCog Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of integrated criminal justice information sharing solutions. In this role, he led the sales organization to unprecedented growth while achieving significant customer acceptance and satisfaction. Prior to CrimeCog Technologies, Stuart was responsible for sales management and direct sales at organizations including Mercury Interactive, Internet Security Systems, KnowledgeWare and Accenture.
- Stuart has received several honors and accolades during his career. In recognition of his leadership and sales efforts at various organizations, he earned numerous President’s Club Awards. At each company – Mercury Interative, ISS, and KnowledgeWare – he was responsible for orchestrating and closing the largest single transaction in their corporate histories.
- Stuart holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University. He is also certified in several leadership and sales training disciplines.
J. David Quilter, CFE, Chief Security Officer
– David has a security consulting practice and is on the faculty of the Security Executive Council. The council provides security solutions for public and private organizations from around the globe. In his practice David works with security leaders in transition and has a special emphasis on public sector leaders (law enforcement, military, and intelligence communities) who contemplate transitioning into the private sector. David also coaches Fortune 500 security leaders facing personal career or unique organizational challenges. His extensive experience in designing asset protection and security programs continues to assist global distribution, manufacturing and energy firms’ focus on security practices that addresses issues which focus on greater productivity and lowering business costs. His insights and know-how bridge security gaps and focus on driving more profitable operations.
- David combines proven security know-how with effective business practices. As an external business partner, he provides perspective and meaningful insights on challenging security, business continuity, and incident/crisis management issues. David presents at meetings and seminars for national and international associations, businesses and public organizations. He has presented at Northwestern University’s Zell Institute for Risk Management, ASIS International, International Facility Management Association, the International Security Management Association, for public agencies and at other venues on business security and infrastructure issues.
- David is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) who has developed cost-recovery techniques and tools that mitigate business risk and exposure. Last year he authored the acclaimed From One Winning Career to the Next as a result of his successful careers helping leaders and organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Frank Williams, Liaison & Advocate, Retired 30 year Chief of Police
– Frank has had a long distinguished career of public service. He served four years in the US Air Force (USAF) attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. At this capacity, Frank was the officer responsible for airport operations in Taipei Taiwan.
- After completing his military service he joined the Wood Dale Police Department, rising through the ranks to become Chief of Police in five years. Frank maintained his position as Chief of Police at Wood Dale for an unprecendented 30 years. He received a resolution from the DuPage County Board for 30 years of exemplary service to DuPage County and dedication to the Wood Dale community. He received a National Leadership Fellowship from Boston University as a result of his outstanding achievements in Law Enforcement and also has three years experience as City Manager.
- Frank holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Aurora University and an MBA from Webster University. He also completed the Executive Management program at Northwestern University.
Anthony D’Angelo, Liaison & Advocate, Retired 24 year FBI Agent
– In September of 2008 Anthony D’Angelo retired from the FBI after 24 years of service to provide security expertise and investigative services for corporate and governmental clients including U.S. Department of Justice, FBI (mortgage fraud); United Services Company (counterterrorism and corporate security). Anthony is a Subject Matter Expert in WMD nonproliferation and counterproliferation-related activities and provides SME expertise to Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) International Counterproliferation.
- Anthony has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville College of Law. In September 2007, Anthony was awarded a Masters Degree in Security Studies concentrating on Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California.
