Begin by going to the iRa C3 login page. http://www.irac3.com
Enter in the credentials for the admin user of your organization
Now lets add some devices. Click on “Devices” at the top, then click “Add Device”
Now choose the type of device you want to add. In this example we’re using an Generic MJPEG device.
On this page, fill out the information accordingly. Where it says “Path”, this is where the custom MJPEG URL string will be. It will vary depending on the brand of camera. In this example I have a URL for a Sony camera. To find other appropriate MJPEG URL’s, please visit our list here
Further down, we have our Extended Video Options. Generally these won’t need to be adjusted, but if you desire a faster frame rate it can be changed here. Resolution and compression can also be tuned. The “Supports VAPIX” box is for cameras that are compatible with the Axis VAPIX API.
Below the device settings you can immediately assign your new device to an existing device group. Click “Save” at the bottom when finished.
