Begin by going to the iRa C3 login page. http://www.irac3.com
Enter in the credentials for the admin user of your organization
Now lets add some devices. Click on “Devices” at the top, then click “Add Device”
Now choose the type of device you want to add. In this example we’re using an Axis device.
On this page, fill out the information accordingly.
Further down, we have our normal and slow video speed settings. Generally these won’t need to be adjusted, but if you desire a faster frame rate it can be changed here. Resolution and compression can also be tuned.
Below the device settings you can immediately assign your new device to an existing device group. Click “Save” at the bottom when finished.
